【摘要】目的:了解雅安市城郊的儿童家长对佝偻病预防知识的掌握情况。方法:利用暑期带学生进行三下乡社会实践,对前来保健咨询的600名0~6岁儿童家长进行调查。结果:家长对佝偻病的预防知识掌握较少,城郊小孩佝偻病的患病率较高,令人担忧。佝偻病的发生与家长的保健意思以及基层缺乏儿童保健专业人员和专职儿科医生有关。结论:降低城郊小儿患维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的发病率,必须对乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心的医务工作者进行佝偻病预防知识培训,尽量创造条件配备儿科专职医生和儿童保健专业人员,采取有力措施促使他们加强对佝偻病预防知识的宣教,降低佝偻病的发病率,促进小儿健康成长。

    【Abstract】Objective: Understood Yaan suburb the child guardian prevents the knowledge to rickets to keep abreast of the situation. Methods: Carries on a program under which officials social practice using the summer belt student, to 600 0~6 year-old child guardians who comes the health care consultation carry on the investigation. Results: The guardian grasps few to rickets’ prevention knowledge, the suburb child rickets’ prevalence rate is high, anxious. Rickets’ occurrence lacks the child care specialists and specialty pediatrician with guardian’s health care meaning as well as the basic unit concerns. Conclusion: Reduces the suburb young children to contract Vitamin D to lack rickets’ disease incidence rate, must carries on rickets to the Villages and towns Public health center and the community health service center medical worker to prevent knowledge training, creates the condition to provide department of pediatrics specialty doctor and the child care specialists as far as possible, takes the effective measures to urge them to strengthen prevents the knowledge to rickets the propaganda, cuts rickets’ disease incidence rate, promotes the young child healthy development. ......
